Glad to see the insight and empathy coming out of you here.

Things are truly in the eyes of the beholder. Your prospect is the beholder, so how are they viewing your presentation?

Finding a common ground to talk with people and building that relationship with them will only help in your approach to when you give that presentation.

Great mindset to keep in perspective.
